AI planning, included

Describe what you're working on. It comes back as cards with estimates, on a plain board or as a sprint with a goal written from your backlog. It's part of Standard, so there are no AI credits to buy and no usage bill at the end of the month.

Predictive delivery

Velocity and workload answer the only question that matters before a demo: will this sprint actually finish on time?

Compared with public list prices in 2026: Trello Standard at USD 5 per user per month billed yearly, and Jira Standard at about USD 7.50 per user per month billed yearly (USD 9.05 billed monthly for teams under 100). SprintKeel Standard is USD 2 per user per month billed yearly.

From idea to impact

Everything you need to ship, in one place.

Plan, track, and deliver real products on one board, without stitching four tools together or paying for a suite your team never opens.

  • Backlog and sprint planning
  • Roadmaps and timelines
  • Reports and insights
  • Docs, comments, and @mentions
  • Time on the card and a timesheet
  • Works in the browser, on desktop and mobile

Keep your plan on your own server.

Atlassian no longer sells new Jira Data Center licenses, and most tools only run in their own cloud. SprintKeel runs on one small server (Node, PostgreSQL, and Nginx), and that covers a team of 70 to 200. If you'd rather not host it, the managed cloud runs in Mumbai.

Product

Everything on the board. The plan stays attached.

Three views cover the day, the sprint, and the date you promised.

Board with To Do, In Progress, and Done columns

Board

Columns and cards people already know how to move. Use it on its own like a simple board, or with points, people, and the active sprint on the same screen.

Backlog and active sprint list

Sprints

Issue keys, a backlog, and a sprint you can start and complete. Closed work stays in the plan.

Gantt roadmap grouped by epic

Roadmap

A Gantt by epic, person, or sprint. Remaining points turn into how many sprints are left at your pace.

Velocity chart of committed and completed points

See if you'll finish

Committed versus completed, sprint by sprint. That average is the number you use when someone asks for more scope.

Workload by person against capacity

See who is overloaded

Load versus capacity per person, in points or hours. Time spent stays on the card.

The card opens beside the board.

Dark mode, a board background, and the work itself: priority, labels, and a checklist, without leaving the columns.

Solutions

One board. Different kinds of work.

The same product, used the way each team already talks about the work.

Engineering

Backlog, keys, and velocity on the board the team already has open.

Design

Requests, review, and done in columns. No separate tracker for the people making the work.

Studios

Artists and producers share a sprint. What shipped stays visible after the sprint closes.

Universities

Faculty and student teams on one roadmap, instead of a spreadsheet passed around by email.

Startups

Free for up to ten people. Move to Standard when the board is how the company runs.

Agencies

Hours on the card and a timesheet behind it, so what you bill matches what was done.

Distributed teams

Your team is not in one room.

The parts that usually break once a team is spread across countries.

Local time, on the person

Everyone sets a country and a time zone. You can see who is awake before you ask why a card has not moved.

Away until a date

Someone marks the day they are back, with a note. The team sees it next to their name before assigning the work.

One price, any country

The same rate everywhere: Standard at $2 (₹175) per user, per month, billed yearly. Cards are charged in US dollars, or you take a rupee invoice in India.

No app store

Install it from your browser on Android or iPhone in about ten seconds. There's nothing for IT to approve and nothing to download from an app store.

Your data can leave

Bring a backlog in from CSV and take the whole plan out to Excel. Moving in should not mean you are stuck.

Or host it yourself

The managed cloud runs in Mumbai. If your rules say the data stays in your country, run SprintKeel on your own server.

Customers

A game studio, an XR lab, and a university.

“Roadmap and workload replaced the Excel tracker. Faculty and student teams share one plan.”

Questions

Is AI included?

Free workspaces get 5 AI sprint plans a month. Standard and Premium include unlimited AI planning in the plan price, with no credits, add-ons, or per-request fees.

How are people counted?

Anyone in the workspace is a seat, including viewers. Guests who are not members are not billed. You pay Standard or Premium for each seat.

Is there a trial of Standard?

Yes. Creating a workspace starts a 14-day trial. After that, stay on Free or move the workspace to Standard or Premium.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down when the team changes. A yearly workspace keeps the plan you paid for until that year ends.

We are outside India. Can we buy?

Yes. Cards are charged in US dollars from any country, at the same per-user rate. Teams in India are invoiced in rupees with GST. The workspace itself is in English.

Where does our data sit?

The managed cloud, including the PostgreSQL database and uploaded files, runs in Mumbai. If your rules require the data to stay in your own country, you can run the same product on your own server.

Can we run it on our own server?

Yes. It is Node, PostgreSQL, and a static frontend behind Nginx, so one small VPS covers a team of 70 to 200. Write to us and we will send the install guide.

How does support work?

Email hello@chotalabs.com for anything, including billing. Premium seats are answered first. The team works India time.
